WHITE WATER SILO 5000 CUBIC METERS
In 2017 our equipment was used for a project in the UK.
The silo was 16.3m in dia., 25m in height and with a total weight of 89 metric tons.
Base material: Duplex stainless steel 1.4462 and austenitic stainless steel 1.4404.
Welding method: Mechanized MIG/MAG (solid wire and FCW)
Our standard system was used, i.e. built on a roller bed using lift jacks, tank rotators, tack weld stand and our mechanized system for welding of circumferential and vertical joints, and for the welding of stiffening rings.
The roof was equipped with a handrail and walkway at the periphery, and a walkway up to the center of the roof. Stairs and platforms were delivered by our business partner - TLC.
