Vertical Plate Bending Machine + De-coiler
The vertical plate bending machine bends flat plates or material directly from coils. The standard machine is equipped with 3 rolls but can be configured with up to 7 rolls, depending on the application. It can also be customized to accommodate different plate heights and material thicknesses. The bending rolls are covered with urethane, and the support rolls are made of hardened stainless steel to prevent material contamination.
The bending machine can be connected directly to the IMCAR De-coiler for controlled, continuous material feeding from steel coils. Its heavy-duty three-arm construction enables efficient handling of heavy and thick coils while maintaining smooth and reliable operation. One of the three arms is motorized to keep the coil securely closed and controlled during operation. The De-coiler is equipped with a reinforced hydraulic table and a newly developed feeding solution for introducing thicker material into the bending machine. Support wheels integrated into the De-coiler frame support flat material when the coil length is insufficient to complete the entire tank circumference. This allows installation to continue using additional material without changing the setup.
Both the vertical plate bending machine and the De-coiler are operated by remote control.

The machine is delivered in a 20 ft HC Hard Top container with the required support beams for on-site installation.

The IMCAR De-coiler provides controlled, continuous feeding directly to the Vertical Plate Bending Machine, enabling efficient handling of heavy and thick coils. Its heavy-duty three-arm construction includes one motorized arm to keep the coil securely closed and controlled during operation. A reinforced hydraulic table and a newly developed feeding solution allow thicker material to be introduced into the bending machine. When the coil length is insufficient to complete the tank circumference, integrated support wheels support additional flat material, allowing installation to continue without changing the setup. Remote control provides safe and convenient operation. The complete De-coiler is delivered in a 20 ft HC Hard Top container with the required support beams for on-site assembly.
