In Poggio Renatico, Emilia-Romagna Region, Italy, ECOACCIAIO Srl used the Standard System delivered by Nordweld for the construction of three carbon steel biogas tanks.

Used tank building system: Standard System with roller beds, tank rotators and lift jacks. 

From the ECOACCIAIO Srl perspective, the key priorities were to shorten construction time, maintain high weld quality, improve safety, and ensure efficient site logistics. The Standard System delivered by Nordweld enabled the project team to accelerate the tank erection process, carry out in-place circumferential welding, improve access and ergonomics, and reduce interference with other contractors working on site. 

The equipment also helped improve weld quality by providing stable rotating welding conditions and made it easier to address alignment and safety challenges when welding large-diameter cylindrical sections.
