In January 2025, we completed our first project in Kazincbarcika, Hungary. We provided key equipment for the construction of a sodium hydroxide solution tank at one of the chemical complexes in the region.

Technologies and equipment used
For the construction of the sodium hydroxide tank, we used:

• 16 x 15 t lift jacks
• 16 x wheel trolleys
• 5 x tank rotators
• 1 x tack weld stand
• bending machine
• 15 m plate track where a flat sheet was vertically welded and then passed through a bending machine

Efficient solution for limited space and cost savings
One of the key challenges was the limited space available around the tank during construction. To address this, we implemented a plate track solution that allowed 13-meter-long sheets to be directly fed into the bending machine and bent to the required angle.
